  1. I keep the temp around 74 in the store and my wife needs a sweat shirt. I turn the AC on in the car............its too cold. I open the moon roof..........the sun bothers her. WTF?
  2. I see that you live in MA so you will need heating in the winter. When comparing costs also look if the Central AC units use a heat pump. Heat pumps are much more efficient during the winter then oil/gas heat.
  3. http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-485instr.pdf Check part 2 C on the I-485 and attach a copy of I-129F NOA2 letter to base the adjustment on. This is NOT a K-3 case which uses I-130. OR adjusting from a student of visitors visa, which needs a petition to base the adjustment on. This is what I thought. I think he may have been confused about what i was asking. Hire Dan will ya instead of a Mexican lawyer in AZ. BTW I am Dan's agent so send the check to me.

  6. Congrats! Makes the expensive coffee worth it. There is a young (slightly obese) Chinese girl that works there. She was a sweetheart when I was there for our interview. Every-time I got up to walk around she would grab my hand and tell me to sit down and relax. I was a nervous wreck even though I was pretty sure we would be getting a pink, she finally pulls up a chair for me from where I had a clear view of people walking back down from the interview.

  13. K1 is a work authorised visa so she can work for 90 days since her date of arrival in the US, beyond that you will need the actual EAD. In any case she already has a job Counting your tips
  14. Michael; Did they ask your wife any questions when she came in? I guess about a week after she arrives, I'll starting to call the USCIS about the Permanent Resident Card and also about SSN Card. Thank You, just trying to find a decent fair for her. Seems as that is not going to happen. She lives in Guangzhou, so I think she will be taking a bus to Hong Kong Airport. More flights from Hong Kong to Seattle, but still about $1000.00 USD for a one way ticket this time of year. I am counting on her being here No Later than the 18th, I am trying for the 16th.... Dan Have her call elong.com in China. I got the best fare from them when my wife came here from GUZ to NY.
  15. Congrats! Now start cleaning and sanitizing the house.
  16. Thank you buddy. Oh that you could be the lil' rabbit's VO. Okay, one last question. Did you CR-1/CR-2 filers send in two checks, one for each I-130? My daughter's 6 page letter acknowledging our bona fides came in on Friday. It was the last piece of the application pie and I went to see my dad for fathers day yesterday. Today I put everything together and will mail the app in tomorrow morning. I am about brain dead right now and too stupid to figger out to send one check for $710 or two for $355 each to Homeland Security. tsap seui I only sent one..........of course it was jes fer one applicant. Send one to them and one to me.
