I see that you live in MA so you will need heating in the winter. When comparing costs also look if the Central AC units use a heat pump. Heat pumps are much more efficient during the winter then oil/gas heat.

Congrats! Makes the expensive coffee worth it. There is a young (slightly obese) Chinese girl that works there. She was a sweetheart when I was there for our interview. Every-time I got up to walk around she would grab my hand and tell me to sit down and relax. Dan, Would GUZ not cancel the B2 if a K1 is approved? And if its not, would they still cancel the B2 becoz of the intent to immigrate?

Michael; Did they ask your wife any questions when she came in? I guess about a week after she arrives, I'll starting to call the USCIS about the Permanent Resident Card and also about SSN Card.
