I am so happy to finally be able to post in this forum

I believe that Georgia is one of those states, so I guess I need to get here to the SSA office shortly after she gets here? We want to get married as soon as possible.

Where I live you can take ESL classes at the Community college or in some places churches offer them. My stepfather teaches ESl at the local church and my SO will be going to them shortly after her arrival.......I guess I got lucky on this one. We have a lot of Hispanic and Korean people around here.

I want to thank everyone here at CFL for all the help in getting this far. I am sure we will have many more questions about the up coming AOS. Everyone here has been great. As soon as she gets home from GUZ I will get all the details about the interview and give my opinion as to why I think we got the visa. I will give questions as soon as I have a chance to talk to her again. She will get the visa this morning according to EMS and will go straight to the train station. I will not be able to talk to her until she gets home . I will post questions soon

Do not know the questions yet...she will send me an email soon.....I will get it in the morning. I know they only asked 3 questions and it took 1 minute. As for when she will be here...............not sure. We really didn't make any plans as we both thought that my marriage to my EX from Russia would cause problems. We both want her to be here before Christmas but I am not sure. I think she should stay for her daughters birthday on Decmeber 30 and then come out after plane tickets go down after Jan 14. WE ARE PINK!........I just got off the phone with Na.....she said interview was 3 questions and about 1 minute long. I can not tell you how happy we both are. I have not heard her that happy since I was there. Robert

Can you explain what "front load" means? Give them all the evidence and explinations up front to be sent with your petition. Include evidence of relationship, trips to be with her, pictures, letters signed and notorized about your past convictions...anything and everything you can think of.

I just talked to my Na. She is now in line and waiting. SHe is excited and in a good mood. She is also very nervous as am I. There is something very uneasy about the governmebt deciding your personal future

If you do decide to file the K-1 then I would recomend that you FRONT LOAD any application with what happened and what you have done to repent. I would also tell your SO EVERYTHING so she will be well prepaired at the interview..........if you make it that far. Robert

They are all supposed to be there at 7:15am. The interview will be anywhere from then until noon.

Well...She made it and had her medical. she paid the 100 yuan and got the results so now I guess we wait until interview . wow Sunday will be a long day Unfortunantly she also got a cold riding on the train......No heat on the train....wow. Robert
