  1. It's very very hard to believe that those feet are really his living feet. Perhaps one of the medical professionals on CFL could take a look.
  2. I was thinking about trying Joanne's moon cake recipie .... but people have already given us soooo many moon cakes that maybe I'll just keep it on file for another year.
  3. Congratulations to both of you!
  4. The Texas crew will comment more definitively but this is the same situation we faced in California. A K-1 can't get a license or learner's permit until GC or EAD is in hand. The Chinese DL may come in pay when you add her to your auto insurance ... be sure to let them know she's an experienced driver ... not a newbie.
  5. Having met while he was still married is no problem in itself. Many have passed who have had this same circumstance. The firm criteria is that you are eligible to marry when the petition is submitted. Remember the VO should be looking at the totality of the case. Good luck on losing weight ... it will pay off with a longer healthier life!
  6. Congratulations and thanks for posting this. Hopefully your success is the precursor of a trend!

  8. Daughter is now in the air on the way to Japan!
  9. Those are produced directly by the government. You're right Bill. Sigh again ...
  10. I am convinced that several Chinese female gymnasts are underage for the reasons I cited in my early post in this thread. The little girls are not at fault, it is the Government of China that is guilty. This is not the same as some kid taking steroids, even with coach complicity. This is governmental cheating. Official passports were issued with false ages, not for one person, but for several. These actions should be fully investigated and exposed. I would not take the medals away from these little girls but I would have the IOC officially and formally censure their Chinese counterparts. The whole thing is too blatant to let slide.
  11. Most athletes??? Come on man ... where is the proof of that! Geeze ...
  12. Great story ... ain't it wonderful. I,for one, have never been happier in my life ... and I think you're in the same boat.
  13. Then there are fake passports for underage Olympians ... sigh
  14. Great news ... we went through a similar situation with negative results ... the SOB wanted something like a $25K bribe to agree.
