dstarsboy
Wow, incredibly accurate! i even clicked on "additional information" about my home and it knew the stories, sq footage, year built, car spaces, etc. The price seems dead on too, thanks! Link to comment
jemmyell
Hi, Seems to be good data, but it showed my place as being 20 years older than it is. -James Link to comment

Randy W
No good for me. Got my property and square footage right but shows assessed value of ONLY $44,000- nothing else. The 1.1 acre lots adjacent to me without a 1,743 Sq. ft. home are for sale at $65,000 to 80,000. Also reports no sales history- I bought this house 2 years and a few days ago- I'm the third owner.190651 Mine shows no sales history either - they just show the tax appraisal values, which are lower than the sales figures. Kind of interesting to see these numbers for every house in my neighborhood. Link to comment
rlheim
Does not find my address at all. But areas around me are too low. thought I would give it a try!! Link to comment
shutterme2
Pretty accurate.------------------------------------ http://zillow.com/190457I just looked up my home, and it's about $225,000 below market. I live in a very fast growing market that values are unbelievable.... Good for me!!! One thing also to consider is that it is in a new area only 1.5 yrs old Southern Cal Link to comment
Dennis143
One of my recent purchases was a rental in Lake Arrowhead, CA, in late 2004:http://i1.tinypic.com/nowoea.jpg Cedar Glen, CA 92321 1 week change: up $3,118 Last updated: 01/28/2006 ZESTIMATE: $247,175 Let's just say, that's a nice tidy profit (on paper), in such a short time. I just learned that my tenants are moving out this month. So, looks like Leiqin and I will get to enjoy using it for a bit. Edited February 13, 2006 by Dennis143 (see edit history) Link to comment

Dennis143
Looks like my dream retirement home Dennis.190808Actually, I originally bought it with the notion of maybe retiring there someday. But, not so sure that I would enjoy nor handle the cold, in my old age. One has to be pretty hardy, to handle growing old in this home. No walkers. The wood that you see stacked up in the front (now stacked in the back) is from trees felled due to the Bark Beetle infestation. LiandLarry
Bought a home almost 2 years ago for Li and I to live in. Up almost 20% is nice to see since I have been very lonely waiting for her. She will be excited if these numbers are correct. Signal Hill, CA Larry Link to comment
