fax, telephone , email, information

Hi all

Just a short note to share some of my fustration with other members. Sorry if this sounds negative but i have tried email, calling and faxing to find the status of are case. It seems impossible to get a response out of GV these days.. As far as I am concerned the petitioner shoud have every right to know the status of there case, especially if they are past the time frame that INS had set for there petition. It is just good public realtions to respond to your clients, customers, etc etc. Any information is better than none. To my understanding i read that GV was indeed going to increase there staff. I strongly recomend that they hire at least more infromation clerks to at least responed back to emails, faxs, and answering the phone. Correct me if i am wrong or narrow minded

thank rplh66

If you really want a response, you can call the DOS info line and get a "still pending" response if it will make you feel better

Rpl,

I agree with you wholeheartedly. I've been the same route; not receiving responses from those people, etc. We do have every right to know about our loved ones' petitions. Really makes you feel like pulling your hair out and screaming, doesn't it?

All I can say is, keep the faith and don't give up pushing those people. A lot of them certainly need pushing just to get their attention!

Take care!
