Hi All Just a short note to say hello to all the members at candle. We were married last weekend at lake tahoe.It was a beautiful weekend with alot of snow. My bride looked very beautiful with her wedding dress on and the great smile on her face. She looked like a apple. We have been enjoying family life.. Will write more later rplh66

Greetings and blessings to everybody, My honey's interiew was sucssesful on Mar 31 and got her visa the next day, she came yesterday, I went to San Fran airport to meet her,i'd waited there for a long time,many peple came out but no her and her son,just when i was worrying so much,i see her in the screen,oh la la,i couldn't believe it,my honey really came,I've been waiting for this moment for one more year,on the way back home,she was very excited to see everything different here,no many people here walking in the street like in Shenzhen. When we went to the grocery she really had fun there to find so many news things,she said she will get fat here because the food here is so good......just want to share my happiness with everyone here,wish you lucky too.Many blessings to everybody.

Hi All Wow it is late here I have been waiting for a phone call from my honey to pick visa today in china. She just called and said she would have to make another trip to Gv tommorrow because some spelling was wrong on the visa. Her sons was correct.. They spelled my name wrong on her visa so she must return tommorrow again .. Just wanted to thank everone for the support, and warm hearts .

Hi All My Honey just called me and the y told her to pick up her visa tommorrow at 400 pm.. Yeah Yeah............... We are so happy she is coming to san francisco..........

Hi All It is 600 am here in california , My fiancee has her interview later today about my 430 pacific time. We hope and pray that everthing will go good for us... Today will be a long day for me . I just talked to her and she is Gv feeling nervous .I told her that i was feeling nervous also but i know she will do fine. Has anyone else felt like this as they wait for the interview to be over. Hope everthing goes good for us.

My finacee received a form called the family compostion sheet. The information on there is asking about her family. They way i understand this form is if she has family here in america then she will have to fill this form out. Is this true or I am reading this form wrong .Please help

Hi jatuke I really feel bad for you because your time frame is far behind mine.. I know it dosent seem fair , I do understand ... To answer your question yes it is a K1 visa. May i make a suggestion I have fax, email, and called . I find that i have the most luck when i spoke with Gv . ... or Ca Is your clearence done yet? We had a very simple promblem why they were hoding are case up . MY girl forgot to put her gender of her son... I was fortune to get thru to GV and resovle the promblem right away . Hope this help

Hello again The packet 4 date on the letter was march 14. mailed on the 18, arrived in shenzhen on the 20. Hope this helps. Hope all of you get good news soon we both know what you are going thru waiting........

Hi Yes the time frame between packet 4 and interview date is very close. I called Gv last week and they said that are interview would proberly be around the last part of April.. So this was really good news... We have been thru so much waiting with so many ups and downs we are just looking foward to are new lives.

Hi All I thought it might be intresting to see how many k 1 & k3 visa are from california. I was thinking that maybe if there was enough of us we could all write to the same senator /congress rep. I remember before finding this web site thinking that there must be other people going thru the same thing as I am . The good news is that there are many of us who have love ones from china and we can be a support to each other as we journey down this road together. There are many members to candle just wanted to say welcome.

Hi all Just a short note to share some of my fustration with other members. Sorry if this sounds negative but i have tried email, calling and faxing to find the status of are case. It seems impossible to get a response out of GV these days.. As far as I am concerned the petitioner shoud have every right to know the status of there case, especially if they are past the time frame that INS had set for there petition. It is just good public realtions to respond to your clients, customers, etc etc. Any information is better than none. To my understanding i read that GV was indeed going to increase there staff. I strongly recomend that they hire at least more infromation clerks to at least responed back to emails,faxs, and answering the phone. Correct me if i am wrong or narrow minded thank rplh66
