1. I can say 2 things, one "It don't hurt to try" and two, I don't see much of a reason for them to return to China which is the big thing you want to show. If it was me I would at least try it is a small investment and could mean a lot to your wife and parents.
2. She could do what we refer to as 3PL 3rd party labor Eg... temp agency many of them hire non English speaking people to do simple tasks like put a part in a box, at my work they make from 6.25 to 8.00 my wife started doing this work because she was bored at home now her English is better and she has a new job doing QA work for 9.25. So in short it is not good for your wife to bounce from job to job however I don't think anyone would hold it against her for wanting more pay and more hours, She wants to work and feel she is making a difference support her in her choices.
3. Also check out drivered.comthey have some state tests in Chinese Chinese link
4. Most chat rooms have features to log chats sessions.
5. I heard these same stories from my leadership chain in the Army, they of course don't want the soldiers getting married. Now if you feel your woman might do this then I would suggest you spend more time getting to know her or live by your fears and cut your losses.
6. They had to meet at least once, how could she not know, didn't they have a honey moon, something here sounds amiss!
7. sounds like you are in the same mess I was in, look at my aos time line.

9. Thanks Frank - somehow, it doesn't inspire me with much confidence, reading his experience..... 204978 Yes I am not happy with them at all however in their defense it was the FBI that held up the Green card which by the way she has finally received. all I can say is it is not normal to be this long, so good luck and let us know how it goes for you.
10. Congratulations again. The waiting to remove conditions is a piece of cake; it's the remembering when to do it that keeps slipping my mind even though the start date is on every calendar in the house. 201651 What is the cost of removing conditions and how long is that wait? and at what point can she apply for citizenship?
11. Well after a GREAT deal of waiting(Nov 29 2004) she finally got her "Welcome to America" notice for her 2 year GC. so now it is another waiting game to remove conditions.
12. Imposable, all there is are voice prompts to more voice prompts. Anyway she got the "Welcome to America" notice(I-797) today.
13. Today I went to check my wifes status of her I485 app and this is what I got The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. 15. Well just got news from my wifes parents, They just finished their interview in Chendu had no trouble, all the VO looked at was my financial records and the stupid wedding pic of my wife an me in old Chinese clothes, that gave the VO a chuckle. It seems to really be uneventful we did not do anything special just followed Tine&ella's(sp) list. they did ask if my wife returned to China and when we was married. all in all it seems to be painless an simple.
16. My wife just got her EAD renewal it only took 5 weeks (E-file) which was a nice surprise since they say 90days, Last time they told me 90 days was for her conditional green card, 15 months later and still waiting for it.
17. NOT! Ours is hung up in FBI Land and or Congressman said it is "inprocess" and not to bother him for 6 more months. Shit he is getting a nasty gram here as soon as I have time.
18. I know the whole time I have been on CFL I have always wished King would weigh in on more issues regarding the process his information was always helpful and informative. So King don't let his comments here worry you I think most here would stand behind you.
19. So if I read this right, when my wife gets her CGC it will be three years after that? At the current speed of our system that will be the day after never.
