I can say 2 things, one "It don't hurt to try" and two, I don't see much of a reason for them to return to China which is the big thing you want to show. If it was me I would at least try it is a small investment and could mean a lot to your wife and parents.

So in short it is not good for your wife to bounce from job to job however I don't think anyone would hold it against her for wanting more pay and more hours, She wants to work and feel she is making a difference support her in her choices.

Well just got news from my wifes parents, They just finished their interview in Chendu had no trouble, all the VO looked at was my financial records and the stupid wedding pic of my wife an me in old Chinese clothes, that gave the VO a chuckle.
