Not only from interview dates in August, but also people from September's interviews as well. JJWaiting's fiancee was on August 1st (his posted in this forum) and the visa was cleared. I haven't heard one from September interview yet. hi, I would like to tell u that a girl I know who interviewed on Sept.12 passed name check . Well, Mine is still pending...interviewed early in August. Well, a girl told me that why August interviewers follow the Nov. Oct. interviewers is our cases need to be passed back to US while theirs didn't need to. That might be the reason. My fiance's interviewed was september 12th also and she has not received clearance yet.

I asked my Congressman for help - so they inquired... the letter GZ sent back to them was 98% cut and paste from the "Important Notice" section. It's amazing that even a Congressman's office gets the same run-around as us ( So my question is, how many of us have had similiar or worse luck with our elected officials? I'm thinking about writing a rating system on visadelays.com where you can choose your Congressman/Senator and give them a rating on how much they helped you.
