As Dave wrote in his posts It was Sarah left him and didn't give him another chance to try together. It is not Dave's fault. I believe how Dave's feeling that she wont come back again if she left like this. If she does love him then she should keep staying with him and try to fix the problem. Well in China. Young ladies do go out with old man around 50 -60. But most of them dont have true love. these guys are rich and have a lot power in the govenment or company. I believe C.C. didn't mean anything bad. But it is true that we have seen too many young people who stay with old man only because they love money....

I agree with you. I am a Chinese woman and I dont want to see any chinese woman suffer here in America. The only right thing is go back to CHina and stay well. If she does want to come to America. She can always do it after she return to China. But if she will be caught by govenemtn after 90days then everyting will be changed

Well as my experence there are some Chinese employees in the Amercian Embassy. But they only collect files before you have your interview with the Amercian officer. Again how you can tell the chinese officer you saw is not Amercian citizen? only from his chinese blood? When we went to INS here all the officers in that buildings are either Mexcian or Black. So can you say that they are not Amercian or they can't make the decision?

I know that police certificate expire in one year. So you should not do it too early. Start all these certificates until you fill our the form and apply K visa. Well for my experence I got police certificate after i received Packet 3. You only need it when you go toyour interview. So since the namecheck might take so long it is better to do it later Good luck

i AGREE with you gigibebe. i amsorry to hear this story but the most i can see from her words is how she wants to stay in the U.S by herself. I can't imagine someone has got hurt by an Amercian here but still wants to try her best to stay in this Country What is her real purpose? Only she knows the best... I am really sorry to hear that but i dont think it will be the good idea you try to stay here with K visa. The best way to do is return to your homeland -China. It is not wise to think the reason why you dont want to go back to your homeland is because you had said good-bye to them. If your ONLY purpose to come to the U.S is for your fiance then there is no other reason if you stil want to stay in a foreign coutry. I believe there is no place will be better than your home and have your loved ones and freinds around you. Since your finace refused to build your own home here and stay together. For your safety and your futuer you really should go back home... Again are you thinking of you will never go back to China and see your relations again?

Every country's govenment will stay in their people's side and make their policies and practices for their own country. I support the decision which is made by Chinese govenment. China still need few years to get strong enough and then their market can be more opened and RMB will rise one day. Our own govenment is the only govenment who will really care and help chinese people in this world. So does each country's govenment. So we should understand each other's policies better. there is a news about how China govenment wanted to use Japanese technology to build their fast train from Beijin to Shanghai. But a lot chinese people disagree it and make goverment rethink about it and cancled the meeting to japanese officers. I understand the reason why chinese acted so strong at this subjuct and it will be more proud if Chinese can build it by themselves. I can't agree that the best way to do is forgetting your past or forget your history. We can never be better if we dont have lessons from our past and our old generation. If the new japanese generations can not accept this part of history then how they will treat China and other Asia coutries better and respect others more?

I am really sorry to hear that too. but there is one thing i dont understand. How office in the interview judge your relationship is strong or not from your language. how about if you tell them my amercian husband speak Chinese so well and we speak Chinese all the time. in my interview the office asked me in Chinese and he seems he doesn;t care if i speak English or Chinese at all. and also when i asked if you would like to see our photos or not and he said I dont need to and I trust you. and that is it. It is really confusing about the way how they say yes or no to you. I wish all of you good luck in the interview and dont be nervious

Hi PJ, you need to prove you are single. so you need to get a print out from your local county registrar showing your marriage history for the last 10 years. also any divorce papers if you have. then with that you need to have it notarized by you govenors office. they should know about it when you ask. then after that take it to a chinese emabassy closest to you and have them translate it. voila. your proof your not married. its a pain , i know. orbitalpunk http://users.dslextreme.com/~orbitalpunk/op.gif

Yes P.J. You must change your travel visa to a working visa. Most companies will help you to change your visa. But also it is not that easy to get marry in CHina. You need some specail files and My husband is going to tell you more details about it .Good luck
