True, were you divorced in China and are trying to get a copy of the record, or are you getting divorced and the marriage was in China? If getting divorced, this can be done in the USA. Hello All, It is sad to inform everyone that after two year of trying and with an interview date she told me she don't want to come here and wanted to go break up so I am looking at the option of getting divorce because I was married in China. I have a feeling that a thrid party is involve since I had left China I will write a story about it later because right now I am really not happy about this and it is really sad. If I do not get divorce there and later on I find someone here can I still get marry here? No record of being married here beside USCIS. Joe

Hello All How long should we be in Guangzhou before the interview? We have it on Wednesday and will need to do the medical and stuff. If we arrive Thurday night would that be enough time? Please advise. The reason is that she just started school and she is not sure what the interview result will be so she don't want to just quite her school right now. We did fail the K1 because we were not prepare for it so I am hoping to pass this one but knowing GUZ it could be a hard call. Joe

I received the package from GUZ consulate by EMS on Aug 22nd, 2009 and it said Packet 3 which contains a OF-169 form, DS-230 form and a I-864 form. I never got any notice other than the approval of my I-130 before the P3 came. I guess the next step is to wait for the P4 and the interview, right? Kat Kat, IR1 is after getting married for 2 year. Kat I am a little confused about your time line. Is P3 at NVC? Did it just left NVC? Please take a look at that and let me know if you need help. Joe

Hello All, Do you know if all K visa are sent electronically to GUZ or physical file. NVC is telling me that there is no physical file. I want to see if anyone else has the same situtation. Who else has a K3 pending. Once leave NVC any idea how long it might take for P3 or interview? Thanks Joe

this has been long debated; you cannot track you package since they go out in a bundle; you can only guess which one yours is in based on the supposed "NVC out"... but we have figured out over the years that their out date is not really the true out date... The bottom line is: when NVC says it goes out, use past timeline times to predict it's expected entry to the GUZ computer... and start to call DOS around then to verify. If you call too early, you get frustrated calling every day, which doesn't speed it up, although I think some think it does Hey David, Mine seems to be slower then everyone else. This is really killing me. I had one DOS lady that tells me it will take another 3 months before I hear anything god. This is worst then HELL. Joe

Hello I seen the same when I search up but remember the tracking number last only about a month then it disappear from DHL website so it hard to track if you want history. I think my paperwork just clear custom but I am not sure because I am looking at two shipment that possible have it. Now if I use the reference number I cannot track it no more I can only use the tracking number. Hopefully the other case clear custom as well then I will know when my interview soon. This is for CR1.
