Is this for CR1 or K1? I am hoping for Sept but my paperwork is still stuck in China. Can you post a timeline? Thanks Joe

I received the email that USCIS had my k-1 which was denied back in August of 08 stating the same thing they will review the k-1 and let us know their decision. I never received the second email you got nor a letter, so I guess they are still reviewing our k-1, however they seem to send out the email and it does take a few days after that, the 30 of July was just Thursday, so depending what state you live in the letter may not arrive until next week. I also went back to China and married my fiancee in 2008 and sent in an I-130 which is now at the NVC. Still no word email or otherwise on our K-1. I received the letter that say they will review it, a letter that said it is closed due to expired K1 don't get look at, then one that said they are transfering it to a local office because the local office has judridiction over the case. NO idea where this is going either. Have you filed for CR1 or get it approve yet?

Look at the tracking links I have posted. It clearly says Clearance Delay. Mine is still in Custom since mid June. If you front load your document and it is more then a few pound you will have to wait. Since the pivot program only send file electroniclly is there still a point to front load? Joe Hum... I translated all my documents by myself, it did not cost me a dime to translate, but I paid the notary fee. For a marriage cert we paid about 160 RMB for translation or was it 120 I don't remember. Notary fee cost a bit more.

This is sad. If I was her I would record this phone call and send it into GUZ and DOS. Also there are people who they beneficiary could hire to beat this person up. It sad the way the treated peoples fiance or wife.

Hello, I did get my I-130 approve before my I-129F. They are still holding on tight to the I-129F and not approving it yet. So it could be possible that I-130 be approve before I-129F. Joe

(I¡¯m Mike and Yan there also) I guess from your timeline and since only a few documents left NVC in May that you left NVC 05/19/09. DHL gave me the Signed By Date (Mr. Stamp received it). If you are not that date, then use EXP 18 MAY 2009B adjusted for your date on the DHL reference area. if you can, put the exact date of NVC out in your timeline. Mike, Dan date of 4/30 looks like it should have been deliver according to DHL record. I ran a 2 month tracking and anything within his range before and after has been delivered. I think mine might be in a really small package. Is it true small package 3 lbs and under get pass custom fairly easy? Joe

Hello All, Who has their CR1 at NVC or recently completed NVC using the traditional way instead of electronic processing. Please advise because I want to know how are things going there. My NVC case just been closed and haven't ship out to GUZ yet. Any idea how long it would take to send out to GUZ? Also how long it would take in custom? Thanks Joe

Hello, I was surprise I got mine in a month. However my K3 look like it going to sit for a while. Maybe CR1 will get to GUZ before K3. I am going for CR1 anyway. Joe
