My X wife is applying for citizenship. The big problem is after we were separated she got arrested for prostitution and massage without a license. The charges got reduced to massage without a license, since then she passed the TX massage license and waiting for her license now. She is divorced and has a US born baby by her Chinese boyfriend. What kind of problems will she have to become citizen? We separated in 2014 and I filed my taxes with only me so she does not have a 2014 tax return. I am helping her with the paper work. Do I put my name as the preparing translator ?

We live in Southeast Texas and we will be in California so should we come back of the interview and for the ceremony?

My wife Li is ready to get her citizenship. We will be traveling working trade shows, so can we get the interview changed to a closer location when the time comes for the interview?

I sent Li a laptop in 2010 by the way of the USPS and it got lost. It was a 6 month process to get my money back from the insurance.

My wife's parent's home is being torn down next year and they have to buy a new home. Li's father is 63 and cannot get another loan. My wife said he is too old to get a loan. He has a 2nd home loan in another city for investment. They said Li can sign a guarantee and they can get the loan. Can these papers be emailed to her and be FedEx back?

I was looking for a good attorney to get a K-1 visa for my girl friend. I found this site in the search.. We just sent for her 10 year green card. From K-1 visa to 10 year green card I never needed a attorney. I learned every thing i needed on this site. So thanks for the help.

Thanks for the help. What is needed to extend her driver license that will expire when her 2 year green card expires?. How long will it take to get that paper? Her green card and drivers license will expire on August 17th.

How many pictures do we need to send in??

I am working on getting my wife her 10 year green card. (Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at least two people who have known both of you since your conditional residence was granted and have personal knowledge of your marriage and relationship) <<< Does this have to be notorized? Do the letters need to be from friends or family?
