Yvonne had her interview on March 31st with great success, although visa was in hand the very next day, but a misspelled name was discovered when she had the visa. Immediately, she returned to the window for correction, but she has to wait in GZ for 3 more days (because of the weekend). Thankfully, she got the corrected visa back on Monday afternoon, will return home on Tuesday.

The interview lasted approximily 5 minutes, her VO was a young Asian female speaks fluent Mandarin that can hardly detect any accent. About 20 questions were asked, my SO handled all the questions extremely well. Here are some of the questions that were asked.

who is your petitioner?

where does he live?

what does he do for living?

how did you meet?

who introduced the two of you?

when was the first time you met?

how many times has he visited you?

when were those visits?

where you went while he was in China?

does he have any children?

is his son living with his ex-wife?

do you have any pictures?

who is this kid? (pointed at my son in one of the pictures)

May I have the affidavit support?

white slip issued at this point!!!

A special thanks goes to Amber and her fianc¨¦, XM. Because I was not in GZ during the interview, they offered great deal of helps and lot of comforts when my SO needed the most. Thanks again Amber and XM, you guys are the greatest!

Thanks to CFL and all members for your help and support, without you, my SO and I are most likely still struggling in the dark.

Best luck to everyone.
