It is a good thing in the sense that Maiya can meet her dad and hopefully forge a strong bond with him. The tricky part is whether or not there is anything left in the marriage which is salvagable. Time will tell. As I have stated before, he is coming here for Maiya's sake. Mom's will do anything for their babies I guess. It is a gamble for sure, but then so is everything else in life. I take comfort in knowing Kai is extremely tender hearted and will undoubtedly be loving and supportive to Maiya and her emotional needs. It is maybe not the best situation, but it is better than nothing. Link to comment
