We got our I-797C notice paper's in the mail today.I-485..I-131 and I-765. You know the part that saids "If there is any incorrect information please notify us" Well..they spelled my street wrong on two of them but on the I-131 travel document they got that one right..go figure! Anyway it's nice to know two things.."i did it corretly and my checks cleared"

Well i'm not sure but if i have readed correctly..if your wife is a K-1 fiancess and has had a physical within the past year..you only need to summit a copy of the vaccination with your AOS..no medical exam is needed ..right? Also..my wife got her shots at a local Health dept..not by some Civil surgeon..is that ok?

Yesterday, my wife and i tried to get photos taken at a Eckerds Drugs..don't knoew if any of you have a Eckerds in your your town or city but you can get passport,immigration pictures taken there.Took a I-485 form with me and let her read the part about "Photos" and how they are needed to be taken.According to Eckerds photo department.. passport or immigration photos are not longer taken that way or that style..So i thought i would ask here first .. Thanks

OK..i see that.It's located on the bottom right 8 digit number in red..thanks

Speaking of number's..On the AOS form it is asking for a nonimmigrant visa number..is that the same as the "control number" or the "passport number"

but looking at the AOS form I-485..it ask for one and does not mention that it is optional either. Also the I-485 is also asking for a "A#"..what is that and I-94#,is that the departure number? Date of last arrival..is that when her I-94 was stamped by customs at airport in USA?

wife got her social security card in mail today and only took around 3 weeks.Anyway..does this mean we are off the hook from filing the I-765 (EAD) form?
