I'm writing this hoping it well help others who may be in a similar boat. On April 1st, the same day that we got our interview invitation, I lost my job. We admitted this to Guangzhou & resubmitted a new AOS. Guangzhou was nice enough to call my wife and gave some suggstions for us. The VO told my wife that my mutual funds & wife's assest most likely would not suffice. My wife just emailed me to tell me the interview lasted about one minute & received a pink.

 

I'll try to give more details after her return home. It's not always an easy road but it'll sure be worth it in the end. Good luck to all you folks out there.
