When I was talking to DOS, Sarah and Mr. AS last week, I was hoping to get a clear response instead of pending. They never told me that my case was cleared. So there is hope for people whose case is still pending. The case is probably cleared but GZ needs time to process them. Good luck to everyone who are still waiting. Link to comment

I called DOS many times and they refuse to tell me their supervisor's name, just took my name & phone number, "our supervisor will call you back.""when, could you please give me a time frame?"
