In 3-4 weeks they "misplaced" my passport, did NOT get a cert. of marriagability that they repeatedly assured me they could AND "forgot" to get visa after the certs were denied. Also delivery of my passport by UPS to them was to an unattended front porch (they had a standing order with the UPS guy- no signatures upon delivery if no- one was there- believed to be back dating them). Think at least UPS, if not CSCA, changed this soon after I was done with them. Two years ago and I'm still Got refunds of UPS fees (from the UPS Store) going there and ALL CSCA fees including eventually them getting the visa, two day return service, getting new pictures/notarization for a LOST passport. I sent a Priority mail envelope that cost between 7 and 8 bucks including the delivery confirmation. The $19 service fee is for a single entry tourist visa with 4 day standard processing.
