How long have you waited so far

okay..... I didn't read the post that well, so here goes... again

 

I submitted my I-130 spousal visa application to the Vermont Center, receipt date of April 9, it went to the NVC on June 20....

 

3 months and 3 days....... but seems so much longer.....

I think we're probably the longest wait for K3/CR1 at this point

After 6 visits filed I29F in March 2004.

Moved to China Jan 2003, met Stella March 2003, married July 2004. Applied for I-130 November 2004.

Moved back to the states (too soon) April 1st 2005. I thought it would go quicker, but still waiting like everyone for a name check.

I am going to work in Malaysia for awhile so I can be with my wife (my work will apply forboth of our visas). Already talked to the Embassy there and they may transfer her case to Malaysia for the interview. Have my fingers crossed.

Experienced the same as amerchin. First P3 never received in China. Eventually received in US 6 weeks later, 2 weeks after embassy complied with request to mail second P3 to China.

Hope for interview in 2005, but starting to become wary.
