I didn't read the post that well, so here goes... again I submitted my I-130 spousal visa application to the Vermont Center, receipt date of April 9, it went to the NVC on June 20.... 3 months and 3 days....... but seems so much longer..... Applied for I-130 November 2004.Moved back to the states (too soon) April 1st 2005. I thought it would go quicker, but still waiting like everyone for a name check.I am going to work in Malaysia for awhile so I can be with my wife (my work will apply forboth of our visas). Already talked to the Embassy there and they may transfer her case to Malaysia for the interview. Have my fingers crossed. Matt Link to comment

First P3 never received in China. Eventually received in US 6 weeks later, 2 weeks after embassy complied with request to mail second P3 to China. Original P3 letterhead 4/18/05P3 registered in GUZ 6/6/05 Hope for interview in 2005, but starting to become wary. Link to comment
