  1. Hi, I will be flying to Guangzhou next week to hand in my I-130 and supporting documents. I have been studying many of the older posts on the site and triple checking all of my documents. One thing that worries me is that on the I-130 that I downloaded from the USCIS webiste it shows that the form expires on 12/31/2015. Is this something to worry about? Have they just not updated the form? Thanks in advance...
  2. Hello, Thanks everyone for posting all the useful information. I learned a lot for my green card application:) However here are two questions that I couldn't find a clear answer for: 1. For petitioner I-864 part 6 item 13, should I try to separate my husband (petitioner)'s income from the adjusted gross income in 1040 of our joint tax return? I have my name in 6a-c of part 6, but this item 13 seems to ask for petitioner only. 2. The current I-864 is expiring on 3/31/15, so does that mean I have to mail it out before that, if I'm using this current form? Or only the signature date matters please? Thank you in advance for your time and help! Lucy
  3. Dear all, I just scheduled our interview in Guangzhou for mid-April. However, I noticed that the I-864 expires at the end of this month. I have two co-sponsors that I'm wanting to send out the I-864 forms to but I'm worried that they will change the forms. Should I just wait until April? I'd rather do things sooner than later. Thank you in advance. Best regards, Julian
  4. Hey all, My honey and I are preparing for the interview and are waiting until the new I-864 edition comes out. According to http://www.uscis.gov/i-864, the current edition expires at the end of this month and it seems that versions previous to the current edition are not accepted. I just thought I'd make everybody at the same stage in the game as I aware of this. Peace, J
  5. Hello, The forms my fiancée was sent by the US Consulate in her P4 to bring with her such as DS-156, DS-156K, and DS-157 are expired according to the dates on the top right corner of the forms. The top right corner indicates an OMB Approval No. then an Expires date. Had anyone had a similar situation and is this an issue? These are the forms that were sent by the US Consulate Guangzhou themselves. Thank you,
  6. Dear All, I just discovered a problem on my I134 form. The expiration date is May 31st while my interview date is on 1st June. I went to the USCIS site to download the official version and it's the same expiration date. I searched everywhere online, same expiration date. I dont understand, how is it possible that there is no new version available as people are having interviews later than May! Or, should I understand it differently, as long as the signature of my fiancé is before 31st May, then the document is valid ????? I am getting so nervous all of a sudden as I dont have much time left ... If any one has a newer version, please kindly send it to me. Thank you in advance. Jiali
  7. We are preparing for my wife's Removal of Conditions and the most recent I-751 form that I have found was revised on 8/25/08 and has an expiration date of 10/31/09. I will be sending the form mid March. Will this be acceptable or is there a more recent form I have not located yet? Thanks Clayton
  8. The G-325A form I just printed out yesterday, on the right upper corner it says, "Exp. 05/31/09". Do any of you guys have a link to a G-325A form which is not expired? Or is it ok for me to use this one I have? On this form, there's a "File Number" box, which should start with "A", Is it referring to alien registration number?
  9. Hi Everybody - Does anyone have any info about the expiration date on the current g-325a form? http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/g-325a.pdf In the upper right-hand corner, a 05/31/09 expiration date is shown, yet that date has already passed. All of my data is gathered, organized and ready to send, but this date makes me reluctant to do so without waiting for the new version. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. - Will
  10. ON the Guangzhou consulate site there is a link to the Ds157, on the form it specifically says expires 9/8/2008 can we still use it? http://guangzhou.usembassy-china.org.cn/vi...ation_form.html
  11. The one I can find from the USCIS website expires on 8/31/08. Is there a later one?
  12. http://www.visapro.com/Immigration-News/?a=108&z=15 I mailed mine, they recieved it and never heard about it again. I inquired about it over 5 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything back. Lucky I got my 130 approved already.
