  17. So i am set to go back to GZ to personaly hand over the Documents they requested. Looking online for good deals on flights came up empty. Anyone get a good deal lately? or is end of july just a bad time for flight to China? Funny the letter i got back from Guz, they cleared some things up You or your beneficiary can submit all the required paperworks from every Monday to Wednesday on 2:00 to 3:00. You can also mail the documents to us. But we suggest you and your fiancee had better submit them at the window. If you can not provide the w-4's from your company in 2002, please provide the explanation letter. After you provide the documents, you can get the result on the third working day "But we suggest you and your fiancee had better submit them at the window" lol you want me, you got me Jim
  18. After talking more with my funny little honey, i have come to the same conclusion as most of you that they want to see me prove myself by going back to china for her. Not a problem. If it wasnt for my job i would have been at the interview but it crunch time and the job must be complete before i go. I got about 4 weeks untill we turn over the job then it off to china for this boy. Thanks for your word of wisdom and advice, i take them all to heart Jim
  19. sorry to hear of the outcome.. can you answer a few questions: 1) What questions was she asked? 2) Did she speak in english or chinese ? (is her english good enough) She was asked how many times i was there. and then he shuffeld through the paperwork. Apears he didnt even look since most of what he said she needed was there and in order. Total time 2 minutes She spoke in english, her english is very passable Problem is, most of the new stuff he wants will take more then a week for me to get, so her staying there is not an option. so we will take our time and i will just take it with me to china. Now i got to get to workm, and stop and get some glasses so i can read lol Thanks for all your help people. Dont worry chin is up (both of them) and so are my hackels. Jim
  20. Yes she had a noterized copy of my passort (ever page) i was there once for 10 days. I would have gone for the interview but im on a very fast paced Consturction job where im the night Superintendent, cant leave untill its done (end of june) here is one i have never seen "Original canceled paychecks for the past six months" (Not pay stubs) wtf is this? i dont get these, the COMPANY DOES. Called my Girl in Payroll and she is going to try and find a way to get them. She had my pay stubs but for some reason this was not good enough for them. Anyone see this one before? We expected the best, but we planned for the worst. So i will get my tickets this week and just fly to China to hand deliver the paperwork myself He didnt even look at the paperwork, because most of what he asked for he had in his dirty little mitts. i think he didnt like the fact i was only there once, well, this is one thing i can fix Bull in a china shop Jim
  21. I'm not sure why they focused on the money end of it. I make more then 80k a year and all my banking and tax stuff is clean. So i dont know what the deal is there. She said the interview was about 2 minutes long, so im sure he knew he was going to slip her Jim
  22. i gave them everything they required Letter from employer with 4 recent pay stubs 4 years taxes (3 were transcripts from the irs) bank statments Now it seems they want to up the ante, and asked for more. Some of the things i will need to get from my bank, like cancelled pay checks, and a full year of bank statments. But i have played poker many time, guess they dont understand i caught my boat on the river. She will go home tomorrow becuase most of the things they need are going to take sometime. I will fly out once it all gathered sorry if there are typo's. i lost my glasses. Talk about kicking a man when he is down Jim
