Same here. We sent the initial evidence. They received it on Aug.1 , we were touch on Aug 8. Nothing since then. I see some get EAD after 1 month and others 2 months. My wife needs to work. We have a family to take care of!

We are married. So she is not K1 any longer. I-94 is expired. We filed AOS and EAD together. Just waiting for EAD.

Someone is telling my wife that she can LEGALLY work since she is K-1 , already married and has filed for her EAD. She has a SSN, but it says right on the card NOT FOR EMPLOYMENT. This person says they read about this on a forum.

No. Only the date is updated. I got this NAO on August 1. I checked the website yesterday and the date had changed to August 4. Someone at USCIS Opened "TOUCHED" our file on 8/4/08. Now, just now I checked again. "TOUCHED" today. 08/06/2008 This only means someone at USCIS is looking at our case. I hope it is good. But we cannot not know until they send another NOA. OR EAD .

What do you mean "TOUCHED"? that's another updated after the processing resumed update? We haven't heard anything since we got the notice of "processing resumed." So anxious... >_< Yes I checked our case status at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp it shows that someone at USCIS "TOUCHED" (OPENED) our file on 8/4/08. But it does not say what, if any progress has been made.

Oh, I forgot to ask! My wife asked me. "Why do they for more "Evidence" after she already had Biometrics?" Good question. I have no answer!

OK! I called USCIS this morning. Spoke to a very friendly man. but CLUELESS I sent the requested "evidence" this morning. I hope this will satisfy their ........ - what ever it is that needs satisfied.

I did send W-2's and 1099's with the copies of my tax returns. Where do I get "IRS Transcripts"? Here is what they ask for: " IRS-Issued transcripts of your Federal income tax return for the most recent tax year. OR All Federal income tax schedules filed with the IRS."

We got an RFE today asking for my last 3 years Tax Returns. I sent all of this when I sent the AOS paperwork. WTF is wrong with those people at USCIS? I have seen this before and never understood.

Now we wait again! But now we wait together. We had our Biometrics Monday.

We got our NOA that they received our AOS paperwork last Monday. Yesterday (Saturday) we received our NOA of Biometrics. WOW! Only 1 week. Bio is next week.

The AOS forms ask for an "A Number". Where do I find this? I do not think she has one.
