Tianyu Garden is Mr. Yang's? I think, yes. They seem very very helpful. And is not too much $$$$. Except after April 15 the rates increase some. because of trade show.

Yan has talked to the nice people at the TianYu Garden. So , I think we are staying there. I will arrive on April 4. And go to ACH on monday the 7th. I'm hoping I can derail any "Red Flags" that we might have. Although I cannot imagine why they would deny us our happiness. All of these "Blue Slips" I've seen lately are making me nervous. We can only pray for the "PINK"

If DS-230 for Son/Daughter was not sent to GUZ with P3. Should DS-230 be sent with the Medical paperwork? OR, should send by mail to GUZ before interview? The Son/Daughter's name is already included in the P4 interview appoinment letter.

"CERTIFICATION OF LEGAL CAPACITY AND INTENT TO MARRY" - Should she wait to sign the in the presence of the VO? AND She does not need DS-156, 156k or 157 for her son? He is under 16 years old.

DS-2053 - Should fill in English or Chinese? And only her basic info? "CERTIFICATION OF LEGAL CAPACITY AND INTENT TO MARRY" - Should she wait to sign the in the presence of the VO?

GIV-24 Where it asks for Spouse/Fiance information. Does this mean her Ex-Husband or Me(Fiance)? And does this need to be filled in Chinese and English? Thanks!

Am I understanding? She needs to take DS-2053 DS-156k DS-157 to her Medical? THey only sent her the Chinese version. But i have already Downloaded and filled-in the English versions. Can we send both?

We have P4. But all forms are in Chinese. Does she need to fill-in the forms in Chinese?

Big congrats, Jeff! Yan will get the PINK. =) my P-3 times are exactly 1 month after you, mailed on 26th, delivered 27th. Does that mean my interview will be around May 9??? So no hope to make May 12 anniversary I guess... ="( Amy, Over the past few months I have been looking at VJ timelines and finding the average time for all K1 major events. I predicted to Yan in January that her interview would be April 10. But I added a week because of New Year and Pres. Day. So I changed my prediction to April 17. The timelines are very useful and a good way to pass the time. I do not have a life without my Yan!

How is everyone today? All good I hope. I see by looking at a few timelines that it takes about 5 days to receive P4 after GUZ sends. Is that about the average time? Yan is about a 5 1/2 hour bus ride from GUZ.

She has legal custody of her son. Does she still need a letter from her Ex-husband?

I also called DOS yesterday. Same story. "All of our paperwork is in and good. Just waiting for available interview date."
