  1. Just a note to you and all your families a safe and Happy Thanksgiving Day. All of you guys and dolls have been the support that is absolutly the best anyone could ask for. I wish you all the best with all your encounters with this process. Thanks Again.
  2. Yes, I wrote a letter just recently to cancel the old I-129F. I really think they cannot read the numbers correctly. The old is WAC and the new is EAC. They want more evidence for the I-129F EAC which is crazy. I sent everything but the kitchen sink.
  3. All I can say that nothing has been "misrepresented" thats kinda stupid to do this since I have been working on this for so long. It could possibly put my FBI and Homeland Security clearance in jeopardy and I wont do that.
  4. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1guide When I sent the new I-129F I followed the guidelines stated on the VJ web site to the tee. I cant for the life of me cant figure out what more evidence they need. This is a crying shame !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  5. I guess I wonder why they are worried about the I-129F. Why dont they process the I-130 that is 4 months over due for a NOA-2.
  6. I just checked the USCIS site, and it is updated they need more evidence, of what who knows. I sent them everything according to what needed to be sent. This is absolutly NUTS. At this rate we will be married 2 years when this all transpires 02/28/09 2 years. If they lost evidence becasue of their incompetence, I will really be pissed !!!!!!!!!
  7. Sorry about that, just keep your wits about you. Look at my time line, I've been workin on mine for 4 years, no one said this was going to be easy. If ya wanna talk just email me.
  8. Grab some Cheetos and RELAX..........My NOA-1 was in January for my I-130 and have heard nothing since........this is FUN FUN FUN. Only stock on Wall Street thats in the GREEN from members here Frito-Lay.. B) MORE CHEETOS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  9. Good Luck Jimi I have been working on mine for 4 years....and still waiting.....now is that love or what.
  10. Opps, I forgot, they were translated into English. Thats what I sent in with the I-130.
  11. I am just telling you what I did. My best man at the wedding, and the bridesmaid both wrote statements for myself and my wife, even though I had just met them the day of the wedding ceremony. They were the wife's best friends. They both lived in Hong Kong and got them notorized in Hong Kong. I then sent pictures of exchanging wedding vows and the official performing the ceremony. It was just a civil ceremony.
  12. Should I just cancel the I-129F and just go with the I-130 ? Maybe it takes longer for the I-130 but I have waited this long whats another 10 months(smile). I know deep in my heart the I-129F will reach GUZ first and then it would jeopordize my chances of having the next interview in Hong Kong where we were married with the I-130. Still waiting for both NOA-2's
  13. You send in $355 with the I-130. When you receive the NOA-1 for the I-130 you make a copy and then put it with the I-129F and send the I-129F in.
  14. The I-129F is free no charge when filling the I-130. Just the fee for the I-130 is needed.
  15. I am a good little boy. I have had my clearances for years, I used to be the arrestee, not the arrested. Nothing in my dark and deep past to cause this delay. I got denied 2 years ago "not a bonafide relationship" on a I-129F with the same lady of course, now she is my wife. The first time around I had to handwrite letters to GUZ tell how we met and some others stuff. Has anyone else been asked to do that. I couldn't produce plane tickets for 5 trips, because I worked then for the airlines and I flew for free and had no tickets. This whole thing is a travesty of their so called "power" to judge others. Do ya think I'm bitter - no comment.
  16. Oh gezzzzzzzzzzz its been almost a year since I mailed it in. My how time flys when your having fun. Got my NOA-1 in January. Brings a new meaning to the phrase "hire the handicap". I tip my hat to such an efficient organization this USCIS. They need another day off tomorrow for being the upstanding organization they are. Oh, hell USCIS dont come back to work until Monday.
  17. Don't put all your eggs in the basket of the interview Hong Kong. I also got married Hong Kong and I am waiting breathlessly to see where the interview will be. I have been working on mine for a little over 4 years after one denial as fiancee "not a bonafide relationship. I'll let you know because its close for my NOA-2's to come I hope.

  19. I am 104 days overdue from receiving my NOA-2 for the I-130. I did not send the I-129F until May 08, when I found out all this info to send the I-129F it was part of what to do from all of you here. I have until 11/22 it will be 6 months for the I-129F. Do you suppose they will send them together??????? I am just asking, or should I be concerned?????
  20. I filled out and sent in the I-130 got the NOA-1 back saying received 11/14/07. I just called and they said I was 104 days overdue to receive another notice. I sent in the I-129F at a later date and received the NOA-1 saying received 5/01/08. They said I am within the limits of that for a notice. They put in for a answer why I haven't received a second notice of the I-130, which was sent in first. Does this sound correct??????????????? Do they marry these forms up and then send them???????? Then I receive the NOA-2 and what ever else I need to do? Of course this is the second trip around after 4 years messing with this government crap. The first denial was "not a bonafide relationship", which was all B.S. Guz must think some of us are idiots. I am really really curious what they will say now !!!!!!!!!!! Thanks lovely people
  21. http://www.uschinatrip.com/?gclid=CIndsI3a9pACFQJ-lgodKhUU2g Try this site and if you want you can email them and they will respond. Mike

  23. Trust me if they want to deny you they will find a way !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The most unrelentless Consulate bar none................................... GOOD LUCK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
