All the old I-864 forms are not exceptable after 10-19-06. We are dcf and will file our I-864 at the consulate interview on the 30th of Oct. GUZ had sent us the old form in our P-3. Should I fill out a new I-864 form? Thanks Al & Nicole

I just called Visa Info Center and was told our P-4 was Mailed Sept. 8 , and if I call back next week they will have the interview date. Any one Know how long it will take to get here? Thank you Al & Nicole

We are dcf, and needed to change our address. We sent guangzhou an e-mail and a fax about the change but have not recieved a reply that they recieved either one. It has been three and one half weeks ago. Anyone with experience in this? Al & Nicole Thanks

Maybe you should write like this "See [DS-230 Supplement]" and put both the current address in China and the address in America on your DS-230 Supplement. It seem that you are going to stay in China until your SO she get her visa, if I am right, then you may just simply tell that you are living in China now (for working reason) but will go back to America address with your SO later when she get her visa. Hi guys, Line 10 wants the permanent address in america my SO will live, which is easy, my house address, then they ask for " name of person currently living there." But I have been in Beijing living with my SO, not in america. So should I put my name down anyhow. Then they want a phone number. I had discontinued my phone service when I left for china last year to stay in China instead of paying phone service for a year. WHAT TO DO? Thanks Guys

Dear Guangzhou, I followed the link on your web site page for affidavit of support for immigrate visas, which took me to The Department of State. DOS sites says "submit tax returns for the the three years immediately before the visa application" At the bottom of this DOS page it refers you to a USCIS linked web page that states "You are required to provide proof of employment and a photocopy or an internal revenue service-issued transcript of your complete Federal income tax return for your most recent tax year. " Question: Should one prepare the most recent year tax only or the past three years before filling for the visa for my I-864? Thank You

Well, the long awaited P-2 arrived in the mail today. We filled I-130 on 3 -14-06, and recieved approval on 4-28-06. 45 days Now we wait to recieve P-3 from Guangzhou.
