My case was K1. My husband sent some of our relationship evidence (pics, emails, MSN chat and his first trip airticket to China) with the I-129 paket. On my interview day, the VO asked me to show more pics, and also asked how many times that my fiance (now is my husband) had visited me. I shew her our pics and also my fiance's passport (he came to China to company me to the interview), then I passed the interview. If you worry about your wife's interview, to my opinion, you better company her to her interview. That can help a lot whatever what happen.

Hey David, Makes sense to do this. My fiancee just told me that she talked to Guangzhou about this and they told her that when she comes then she could come early and get a new P4 at the consulate for 600 RMB. Have you heard of this before? Seeing as Guangzhou's website offers the DS-156, 156K, and 157 on their website and does not offer the others then I would think that the VO has full discretion as to the other forms. It is hard to say, but the interviews that I read from CFL seems all finished before 12 o'clock. Sometimes, no news mean good news. Don't worry too much.

I will try to download those missed forms now and start to work with them, But still I wish the consulate could send me the correct P4 as soon as them can. I am used to use PDF form filler to fill all of my forms in English, but this time I have to fill those forms in Chinese, my PDF form fillers seems doesn't allow me to do that, do you know if it is the possible to fill forms in Chinese with PDF form filler? I got exactly the same thing you did. Yes indeed it is wrong!!!! I have writen Guangzhou and email telling them of their error and I request that they immediately send the correct documents. I told my fiance that I really want to go to US consulate and take those forms back in person. We will write to them now and hope they can have time to read our emails tomorrow when they go back to work.

We are also K1 and my SO received her Packet 4 on Sunday, 7/2. I do not have a list of everything in the packet, but here are some of the things she has already mentioned: DS-156, DS-156K, DS-157, GIV-24, GNI-2, and I-134. She did not mention the DS-230, Part II and I'm sure she would have. Looks like she got the real Packet 4. I think an e-mail to GUZ should get you the missing items and, in the meantime, they are here for download. Sorry they got things screwed up for you. Finally I got my P4 today. But soon after a short happy time, I found something looks wrong with this package. Here are the all I have in my P4 package: 1. Appointment letter in English 2. Pkt 4 letter in Chinese 3. Appointment Instructions for Immigrant Visa Applicants (OF-171, in English & Chinese) 4. Requirements for Immigrant Visa Application Photos (GIV-1, in English & Chinese) 5. Medical examination instructions (GIV-8, in English & Chinese) 6. Important Notice to Immigrant Visa Applicants Concerning Vaccination Requirements (in English & Chinese) 7. Family composition sheet (GIV-24, in English-Chinese) 8. DS-230 II (in English, 2 copies) 9. Medical examination for immigrant or refugee applicant (DS-2053, in English-Chinese, 2 copies) 10. Chest X-ray and classification worksheet (DS-3024, in English & Chinese, 2 copies) 11. Vaccination documentation worksheet (DS-3025, in English & Chinese, 2 copies) 12. Medical history and physical examination worksheet (DS-3026, in English & Chinese, 2 copies) My case is K1. I read some posts on CFL today and found there are other 2 guy's fiancees had the same problem with their P4 too. Well, isn't it a bit unusual that 3 of us all received the wrong P4 packages? So far, it seems those people whose cases are K3 got the right P4. What happened to our K1 cases? I AM WONDERING IF GZ CONSULATE HAVE THE DIFFERENT P4 TO K1 CASE NOW?! So, what I can do is to download those missed forms from GZ Consulat's website ?! Anybody can give me any suggestions?! Thank you very much for your help! :-)
