If you look at my timeline for my I-129 you will notice I was delayed a month because they said my wife's package 3 was sent out by EMS. and she had never received, they also told me to have my wife fax her Chinese address to them. Unfortunately that was during the move and the fax would not go through. I had also mentioned that I had sent my wife mail using English and had never had a delivery problem. I had emailed them so much and getting somewhat frustrated: angry I would not wait the required time frame that they established, they eventually called my wife and got everything straighten out, they did ask my wife to tell me to wait for a response before emailing again

Thanks for the offer but a pool is not nescessary, but I do thank all those who responded, you have confirmed what I have been hoping for. I will be very pleased with the predictions, if my wife does get her interview in January or February. I am also looking forward to going to China for my fourth time and having her return with me. I called DOS today. They said that GUZ has received my K3/ I-129 and the electronic copy of myCR-1/I-130 and they will base our visa off the I-130 so they will not proceed with the I-129 but wait until the hard copy of the CR-1 is entered in the computer?. My question is does this mean our visa process will be delayed? has anyone else dealt with this? thanks for any imput.

Like alot of us patience is not one of my better virtues, I realized I still have a waiting period, I am hoping if everything goes right January or February interview date, but only the GUZ knows or do they? Thank you all for the warm welcome, I was hoping someone could possibly give me an estimate base on my timeline as when we will receive the P-4 and an interview date, any information would be appreciated. The consulate told me via email they hadn't received my hard copy two weeks ago, but it was released from DHL customs the 3rd week of September, I sent email today asking for a status update. The Package 3 for my K-3 was received August 23nd and verified, I have been notified the next day my last 3 emails. Does anyone know if the consulate will be closed during the holiday.

I am a new member to this site, I have found some of the topics very interesting and helpful. I thought I might mention to members who do travel to China often that the USPS has a form DS-19 U.S. Passport Amendment/Validation Application, this can be used to add visa supplemental pages, so there is no need to purchase another passport and it's free. Hope this helps those who are finding there passport filing up. How do I add my timeline can anyone help? Thanks!!!
