Well, school starts today and the summer is official over for most of them. Moms are happy and dad's will go on being dads no matter what the seasons are. We had a lot of fun this summer together and now we are planninng for Grandpa and Grandma's visit from China. The little guys wished it would last all year since he recently moved into his new house...complete with his own pool. http://i1118.photobucket.com/albums/k608/actronics/Relax.jpg Now that school has started, everyone please watch you speeds while driving in school zones and remember to turn off your cell phones. Here in Texas the fines can be pretty hefty not to mention loss of life if your not paying attention to your driving.

We got our VISAs in November of 2010. I took my own pictures (Wife, mine and son) and printed them on an HP printer using a photo glossy paper. I do remember that they had to be a specific size, so do not veer off of their dimensions. I also remember that they wanted duplicates, one of them for the VISA that goes into you passport the other they keep for their records.

Very nice... Although the test has become a little more difficult since my wife took it 5 years ago, the questions are almost the same. This is nicely put togather and will help a lot of wives prepare for it. I also like the test on the bottom of your main page - He or a She I scored 83%.

all this talkin now reminds me of that famouse country n western song...I'm sure you all know by now, however let me refresh yor memorgams... Well, I guess it was back in '63, When eatin' my cookin' got the better of me. So I asked this little girl I was goin' with to be my wife. When I was there in December... Facebook was blocked. I too used my own VPN and was able to post. Not sure if I had any spies trying to track me down but I made it out alive...

Hello Cuzin Charles, To answer your question I must say everything was quite reasonable. The family and I just came back from China after a couple of weeks of visiting relatives over the holidays. We traveled from south China to the north and quite frankly, I enjoy myself immensely. While there, we stayed in some pretty nice hotels while we toured around Shanghai, I thought the hotel prices were good. We didn¡¯t stay in a 5 star hotel, but they were 4 star rated hotels right off the main drags in the areas that we stayed. While I thought everything was quite reasonable, my wife seemed to think the prices have skyrocketed. Now keep in mind she goes back every couple of years and I haven¡¯t been back in over six years. B) She said that eating out prices sky rocketed. Vegetables and other staples had gone up too, especially the pork and other meat prices. Housing had also skyrocketed which would explain why the investors (builders) are real busy and you see construction everywhere you looked. Petro was very reasonable and there were a LOT more cars on the road since I was there last. As always, my trip didn¡¯t last that long as I was only there a short time. Still long enough to blow some serious money, but then again, I don¡¯t get to go to China that often.

Yep that's where I am, stuck in the ice. My driveway is 150 yards and a steep incline so I can't get out until it melts. Lawd knows when that'll be. Weather Channel says it may be all week.
