  1. You have trouble reading?? I will not take that.. I noticed you could even make fun of us in Chinese using babelfish.. Yes, most of the recent P4's were delivered by EMS but there are some exceptions (some did get it via snail post). While calling GZ the receptionists always confirm that nowadays they are sending P4 by EMS. Some gals under the new NVC system reported they even received P3 via EMS. Isn't that amazing?? BOB, the only problem with the solution of downloading 156,157, etc. is that the A4 paper size in China is slightly different than that in the states. If your MM can get some "American Paper" to print the forms on it will be all right. Even in the the worse scenerio: there are still those guys doing business outside the consulate who sell the forms at 20 -30 RMB each. Ask your MM to be careful to get the right forms though: From April 1, 2003, the photo requirement for NI visa applicants has been adjusted and this results in the change of form DK-156. Should she have any problem, she can always seek help in Chinese on 001. Good luck! La_Diva
  2. Congratulations to you both, Myles & Anna! Celebrations were held for Anna already last night at 001 chat room with 30 gals tuned!! She has been one of the most popular gals and has successfully "recruited" a few FANS there (like most movie starts do..hehe) ..Really, it has been so fantastic to have her on 001. (I bet you will feel the same way too, lucky man! ) Wish you two a happy life in Hawii. We just got my Name check cleared in the past few days. Hopefully GZ will work out an interview date shortly. Thank you for your blessings.. La_Diva
  3. Yes, K-3/4 non-immigrants may elect to apply for an immigrant visa instead of adjustment of status and may wait in the United States until they must appear at the consulate for their visa interview.
  4. oops..pressed the wrong button..P.J., can you move the above message to the thread you started about 001 navigation? thanks!
  5. That's really complicated, isn't it? Just tried to add some English wordings and wish it could save some of you guys efforts..It looks a bit weird and will work a bit more tomorrow..Just wish i could have even a bit knowledge about the programming stuff
  6. Eventualy, wow!!! Congrats, dear Sister (just adopt the way we address each other on 001)!!!!!!!!
  7. I think WXH is under K3 or cr1 visa instead of K1. If it's K3, i don't think it's a problem as the forms requested must have been mailed over in P3. Just a thought!
  8. why for Chinese women? why? for me or for anyone else? how many should be put there!!! I think what he meant was SHE WILL BE THE ONLY ONE ON THE LIST, otherwise we will be with you full-heatedly. PJ, she will pay for what she did to you and you deserve a better girl in your life..
  9. Eric, my BROTHER? What's Jim been up to? I have no idea what you are talking about, really... I saw R2D2 ( I'll have to assume it's Jim coming back undercover ) post...about an "arrogant" son stuff, although joking I gathered I have no clue. oops, my mistake... I bet Jim will blame me for pushing him deeper into the turbid water... Sorry, sorry, BROTHERS..
  10. Frank! Our I-129F was approved on Nov.16 (NSC) and my P3 letter was dated Jan. 6. As per the up-to-date reports on 001, gals with P2 dated Dec. 1-Dec. 15 (roughly) are receiving P3 these days..
  11. Thanks, Vivi. I saw that a little bit ago and was going to mention it. Glad you are keeping us up to date! Sure..Frankly i thought of Jim's Son (your Brother?) - Eric, immidiately after reading the post on 001... :P Don, any update with Funfun's P4? I think hers will be the next....
  12. On 001, a CR1 gal reported to have received EMS this morning too..Interview date: Aug. 1
  13. PJ! I am shocked reading this. Don't know what to say really... As per your request, i will paste the chinese emails to 001, if nobody has done so.. Thanks for allowing us to share this with you..I am sure nobody will be taken advantage later by the same person.. Best regards, La_Diva
  14. Owen is right. The Notarized Police Certifcate is issued in a standard format stating that she has not committed any crime up to date while she is living in China. Whether she has committed crime or not is recorded in her Personal Record (in Chinese Ge Ren Dang An) so she can just get a written proof from her working unit (if her personal record is filed with it) or from the Human Resources Exchange Center (in Chinese Ren Cai Jiao Liu zhong xin) and with this proof she can get her Police Certificate done. This might be the easiest path compare to that of going to different Police Offices to get the paperwork.. There is clear discription in Chinese on 001 if there is any question about this. Just post a question if you can not find it (owing to the claimed complicated layout of that forum.) I am one of the forum managers there but unfornately i can not change the layout of the forum, although i personally do not think it's an ideal one.
  15. Jennifer got to be defensive here?? hehe..I think some gentlemen here use translation software to read 001 board messages and it might have lost somewhere with the meaning sometimes..Misunderstanding at some point is understandable.... Furthermore, is that true women speak different "language" than men at times???
