We have a friend who came here from china, has her 2 year green card and small child here from a previous marriage. Bottom line is the man she married and left china for is shall we say, not working out in many respects. If she wants a divorce does she have to return to china? She came here on a K1. Kinda worried for her because she has no resources here to speak of and is in a poor situation but does not want to return to china.

If you can't put multiple visits and it wants an exact number I would put like 4 as it's good for a year if memory serves. They will issue you the visa with out an exact number and will say multiple visits for 1 year. Sometimes they will issue a 2 year if it's still available. I have also heard that you usually start off with a one year and your next visa application you might me eligible for a two year visa.

You better pray your stuff is not searched, HUGE fine and jail time if you're caught. The limit is 2 cartons per package for mail and 2 cartons per person per trip.
