I just wrote a letter to the President about this situation and a few other things on Immigration. Left him the web site address for CFL if he needs proof B) Now I have to watch for black vans on my street I hope Mr. President you step in on this one along with demanding some much needed immigration reforms. Now a Marine¡¯s family has been slapped in the face for dying for his country. Immigration has been the source of far too many injustices through unfair and flagrant violation of the law. Not so much from USCIS but from Department of Homeland Security. There is no immediate recourse for people that have been unfairly denied visa¡¯s to enter this country. Especially from Guangzhou China Embassy. Please review the web site http://www.candleforlove.com/ for countless examples of there illogical, unfair and draconian practices. Mr. President there must be change. Very Respectfully ME

Immigration I think just shot it's self in the foot on this one. Maybe people will start waking up and make some changes as they just slapped a Marine and his family in the face for dying for his country.

My wife told me after our biometrics trip to New Orleans for the green card that if we get a notice in the mail saying our case is transferred to California, it's usually a sign that we will not be asked for an interview. Is that true? Because she was hopping up and down today because we got a notice saying exactly that. B)

It's all do to her concept of "Face" in one aspect or another. I notice Chinese women tend to be very competitive about there husbands like were a nice car or something. Always looking to see if her friend has a nicer car which generally turns into possessiveness and trying to out brag each other always concerned with what the other has and what the other thinks of there situation. It's generally one big sticky mess I try not to think about because it gives me a headache. Just accept it for what it is and forget about it. God help the woman that looks even remotely interested in me or asks too many questions, they may loose an arm. Ok Ting is too cute for that but they will get an Tinkerbelle type hurmph! and be totally ignored in the future. In general she is very concerned about what others think, I¡¯m trying to break her of this habit but I feel it will be a long road. B)

When ever the ex calls to talk to our girls my wife gets irritated. Ting Ting loves my girls like her own but gets very jealous of the ex so I avoid the topic and her phone calls as much as possible. The ex is NOT mentally stable and does strange stuff often and its hard to explain her actions to Ting as there simply un-explainable. So I avoid it all together.

My wife was just out of college, never worked. Were both looking to being dental hygienists right now. I have three and a half years till I retire from the navy so back to college I go. Ting will attend the 2 year course for dental hygiene next semester.

Go to the Ikea building across the street from the waterfall at the end of the park. Its a large blue store front. There is 1 RMB soft serve ice cream there. Very good! and just past the Ikea building on the left as your facing it about 50 yards down then turn right and you will see a pond like area with a gazebo in it. This area is great for local foods and is very cheap. At the park under the water fall are more traditional chain stores including a star bucks and a place where you can get more western food cafe style including lasagna.

Hope you like it here, sorry I was not able to talk to you when you called me but at least you got ahold of Ting. I was in the middle of arresting someone Had cuffs in one hand and my cell in the other and my knee on his neck So the timing was a bit off LOL

Well I actually ignored her at first. But I realized how cute and genuine she was. In short it was a communist plot somewhere...it's just gotta be... She was pretty hot too so that helped

Just got our appointment for our Biometrics. Sept 3rd 12 noon in New Orleans. Were so excited, my mom my drive with us there or if I can't get off from work may drive Ting there. New Orleans is where my family is from. Wish us luck B)

OK July 30th we sent all our green card papers out, I-485, 131, 765 etc... Our FedEx Tracking number said it was delivered on the 2nd of Aug. Aug 3rd they had it in there hot little hands according to USCIS's paper work. On the 11th we got the USCIS receipts back in the mail and now were waiting for the Biometrics appointment. The check cleared on the 11th too. Hope this helps anyone tracking time frames. B)

WELCOME HOME! Feed her well! I found a Chinese buffet and she loved it but said do not bring here there much or she will turn into a meatball. She can put some food away, she ate more then I did B) B)

Ok I have been having a few disagreements recently with my Ting because of disinformation from others so I am here to put this one to rest. There is "NO" 3 month drop dead on applying for a green card. Some people wait as long as 9 months before applying for a green card. You see cash for me, thanks to immigration, is VERY tight at the moment. Ting will also not be working for a LONG time, instead she will be attending college. So there is no real hurry to get the green card until the finances are a bit better. But people are scaring the hell out of her with this disinformation and causing disharmony where there should be none. So once and for all "There is "NO" 3 month drop dead on applying for a green card" Thank you and spread the word
