Our case has been in NVC for 1 year since it was approved from USCIS last NOV. It is like an endless black hole and we still are waiting. Did anybody get help from your congressman or senator on namecheck? If so, which state and which person? -

We applied K1 visa last April. P1 is NOA1 , P2 is NOA2 from CSC. Thanks for your information.

I did email to NVC almost each week. Everytime they reply at the same words "no further information this time". We both are franstrated.

thanks for reply... we got our case GUZ number already. and my fiance Larry wrote email to his senator. But it seems that it couldn't be helpful. The case is still in NVC and no further information. We can't figure out why it takes that long for namecheck and don't know what we can do to speed it up.
