  2. A few years ago, China needed a new airport in the Hong Kong area. The problem: there was not enough available land to build it. In yet another incredible feat of human accomplishment, China accomplished what has never been done before.

??? Just why do you think this has never been done before. It is nothing more than land reclaimation. It has been done many, many times in various areas like San Francisco Embarcadero section and other places all over the world. As populations grow, we have a need for more land. Techniques may vary, but the idea is the same.

    Like Brooklyn, NY

  3. I lost my first wife Judy, suddenly, and unexpectedly. We were married 34 years (we were together 38). We had a wonderful marriage, we did everything together, and now I was lonely.... As I have been away from the dating scene for quite some time, I turned to the internet. In fact, I used cherryblossoms.com. I thought Asian women were exceptionally beautiful, and they had a reputation of being good and loyal wives. They also will often choose older men, and I was 55 at the time. I was looking for a face that would make me say WOW, every time that I woke up in the morning. I found about 10 women that had beautiful faces, and profiles that intrigued me, so I began writing them. All were very nice ladies. I asked them to view my deceased wife¡¯s memorial site, so they could get an idea of what Judy and I shared in our previous marriage. http://judy-emery.memory-of.com/about.aspx?c=1 if any of you are interested.

Yumei, my new Chinese wife, felt a kindred spirit with Judy, and the family life shown on her site. Yumei was the woman who said to me, ¡°I am envious of that family life, and I think we should write to each other for awhile, and see where it goes¡±. So I stopped writing to 9 other beautiful Asian women, and only wrote to the one with a beautiful heart to match her beautiful face.

Some people never find a real love in their whole lives, I have been blessed two times!! Yumei¡¯s personality is nothing like Judy, but she shares Judy¡¯s character. Yumei is an intelligent, loving, honest, and wonderful woman. She is an incredible mother. Did I mention that her beautiful face makes me go WOW every morning, and her love for me, makes my soul go WOW every day.....

I hope Yumei is as good for you if not better the your last wife, good luck and best wishes.

  5. Well it looks like my wife and I have one more shot at it. Our interview is in November. I never dreamed it would have taken me 3 years and 8 months from my first filing, then denial, and now to an IR1. I do not see any reason on God's earth that we should be denied for as we have covered all bases. But as I tell everyone, it is up to the person behind the window as he/she has the final say.

It will be our 2nd wedding anniversary, our 4th year anniversary of meeting, and our first anniversary of buying our first house together. Yes indeed, November has been a very good month for us. Let's hope the tradition continues.

Good luck, expect Pink and best wishes.

  6. Well to Roger and all of the rest of you and those who read my post I came here to delete my post or cut out a large portion of it and apologize for most of my words, but it has already been used to quote from. I did not have to imply some of the history of some churches nor express any ill toward some that practice their religion the way they do today. It was VERY unchristian of me to do so. I cannot say I have ever been a strong one to live my own beliefs. It troubles me. Self discipline I lack in bucket fulls. So I apologize to all :cheering: :whistling:

No offense was taken so no need to say your sorry friend, we all have our own take on things. :cheering:
