    personaly i think is a no brainer

    This guy is going to meet a girl he does not know. One girl or the other from the same family makes little difference.

     

    Sure, he should know the truth about what happened.

     

    But, Dennis should not break his wife's trust nor cause himself long term family problems over this.

    ...and Dennis should not cause family ( His and Hers ) to lose face.

    If they do lose face let it be by some one else, not Dennise, he has to live with his Wife and listen to her family the rest of his life if he wants to keep his family.

    You have 4 threads in this section alone dealing with what rights you think have been violated, now if you put this much effort into the next step or finding out why SHE got the white slip then you would be better off, as some members have said, you will just piss off GUZ by pissing on them and they WILL remember you and your SO, take a day or two to calm down, think with a clear head, then and only then start thinking what you you can do to help HER get the Visa, by the way, have you thought of what this has done to HER, have you been so pissed off that YOU forgot to see what it is like for HER at this time?, instead of railing against the system and pissing in the wind why don't you call your SO and see what you can say or do for her, she is just as upset as you are if not more, she knows that some thing she has done ( even if it isn't her fault ) to not get the visa, so as I said before, SUCK IT UP and try helping HER.

    Your angry, we know that, and we don't blame you, but, it's now time to stop hitting your head on the wall and start again with a stronger case, this time bury them in paper work, drown then with photos, and then show them your married, make them see you have a real relationship.

    Title 18, U.S.C., Section 242 - Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law

     

    This statute makes it a crime for any person acting under color of law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom to willfully deprive or cause to be deprived from any person those rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution and laws of the U.S.

     

    If these non-bonafide relationships are not a legal premise then I would think this U.S.C Section 242 would apply.

     

    Further after the sign off then it would follow this would apply.Section 1019. Certificates by consular officers

     

    Whoever, being a consul, or vice consul, or other person employed

    in the consular service of the United States, knowingly certifies

    falsely to any invoice, or other paper, to which his certificate is

    authorized or required by law, shall be fined under this title or

    imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

     

    If you got a White slip for non-bonafide relationship, then the full power of the US Government is now against you. What is your defense

    against, the fraud or misrepresentation they will enter against you once it comes back to the USA, if given a chance to address your "NOID" or revocation?

    HKG, give it up there is no way you are going to win, try another way of getting your SO/wife here.

    What I am saying is this try another way, like cr-1 or the like, suck it up and move on, I know it hurts and makes you angry but there really is nothing you can do about a white slip except try again later.

    Hey Don, Carl and all the Mods, although I think it's more an Admin thing, so how hard would it be to do this, Wendy IS doing the job anyway why not put it under Group. Thank you guys.
