K1 visa informations

My boyfriend doesn't know what paperworks does he need for applying the K1 visa, we haven't been married before, so we don't know what to do. He said he wants to talk to a lawyer but i was told this is not a good idea.

It is not hard to do the paperwork yourself. With help from the people on this site and my fiancee we did it ourselves amd had not problems. It may seem confusing, but you can get your questions asnwered on this site and set your mind to ease.

 

I know it worked for me.
