AP related questions

Can anybody tell me:

 

1, when our case is in AP, who is managing our case? Is the officer who conducted the visa interview managing the case or the case will be sent to a particular team to manage all the cases in AP status?

 

2, who is answering our email inquiry when we send the inquiry by using the Consulate's web form?

Unfortunately, no one knows the inner working of the IV unit at the consulate.

 

Some AP such as CCP Waiver has to be bumped up to Department of State in the USA to get the approval.

 

As for email inquiry, I would assume a secretary simply looks up case status on the computer and replies.
