I will be sending the form mid March.Will this be acceptable or is there a more recent form I have not located yet?ThanksClayton Link to comment

It shows previous versions will not be accepted. So the answer is, No your form is not accepted. dnoblett Posted January 10, 2010 Report Share Posted January 10, 2010 A few notes: It is not hard to find the most updated forms, just go to USCIS.GOV they will be there. Also the OMB date is NOT the form's expiration date. Link to comment
