I-751 Form --- Most Recent?

We are preparing for my wife's Removal of Conditions and the most recent I-751 form that I have found was revised on 8/25/08 and has an expiration date of 10/31/09. I will be sending the form mid March.

Will this be acceptable or is there a more recent form I have not located yet?

The one I find on USCIS site is listed as 12/31/2010. It shows previous versions will not be accepted. So the answer is, No your form is not accepted. Here is the link and a link to the instructions.

A few notes:

 

It is not hard to find the most updated forms, just go to USCIS.GOV they will be there.

 

Also the OMB date is NOT the form's expiration date.
