I think these figures are stacked. New York - NJ safer then Pittsburg? Detriot safer then Columbus, Ohio? Walk around downtown Columbus, Ohio and then walk around downtown Detriot. If you survive then right the story.

I lived in Miami for 15 years and can't say I am surprised they were dead last on the list. The guy who lived next door to me used to work night shift and swore up and down his job was tailgunner on a milk truck.

I grew up in Col, but haven't lived there for many years...the last time I visited I couldn't believe how many of our southern neighbors (PC talk) have moved there. So when you write "if you survive the night" are you referring to Detroit or Columbus?
