To a Chinese its action. not words

AGREE ?

Maybe saying in this way would be available:

To a Chinese, love is not only words but also action.

To me, I want both of sweet words and practical action.

Do I want too much?

I guess orders from headquarters have been sent to me. I better shape up and get busy. :sosad:

What's love but a second hand emotion? B)

What's that got to do with it?

I want both too

I would venture to say that all three of you deserve to have both, as do many other woman ... I make certain that my sweet Haiqing gets both every day :roller:

Enjoy the words and the actions!

The Chinese don't have ownership to that approach. Anyone in a relationship that ignores this simple rule, deserves what they get.

A wise man once said:

"She was a fast machine, she kept her motor clean

She was the best damn woman that I ever seen

She had the sightless eyes, telling me no lies

Knockin' me out with those China-girl thighs

Taking more than her share, had me fighting for air

She told me to come but I was already there"

Love is so simple and so complicated to be defined. :)

Neurologically, it's when your both circuits for acceptance and pleasure are turned on.

What you're really talking about is how those circuits get turned on.

That's a question of conditioning. Partly cultural, partly personal.

~Singing in a corny voice~ Love is a battlefield~ :stereo:

Love is the happiness you feel for someone who understands you, and deeply enjoys the person you are, someone who not only wants but needs you and would do just about anything to make you happy, safe and healthy. Its so many things it could be described for eternity :P

But because we all need and want something different, love is a personal thing to each of us, something different for everyone.

I enjoy relating a story about my grandmother and grandfather from when I was in my early teens.

After 9 kids grandma didn't have much of a figure and her once beautiful face had become sort of jowly. My grandfather was giving into age and life with a big 'ol beer belly and a face disfigured in a terrible car crash long before I was born. But whenever my Papap would come into the kitchen, he'd sneak up behind her, give her a peck on the cheek and squeeze her ass. :o She'd say, "Quit it George, the kids can see!"

That's my image of what love should be when I'm 65...I think getting to that wonderful level of affection and playfulness at such a ripe old age is the trick. ;)
