i waited with him in the coffee shop until his rong was finished with the interview. i'm very sorry to report that they were blue slipped. let's wait and let steve post the details.

went to ach with dale...talked with an asian man...very nice..talked about the concerns we had and told him of everything we had to support our case...indicated to me that he thought was not a problem with the supporting documents we had...feeling pretty upbeat the next couple of days....interview day, went to consulate and waited and waited and waited for her to come out.......finally she comes out with blue slip.....everyone who does not get the pink knows the feeling all too well....she got this slender,50 something white woman with short graying hair for a VO...i will restrain my true feelings for her at this time....rong approached her and politely said "good morning"....VO gave her a snide look and said..."papers please" in chinese language....rong told VO she speaks english fine and would like to do interview in english....VO told her "no...will speak chinese"....the VO's chinese was very poor and rong had difficulty hearing her because the VO spoke very quietly....rong had to repeatedly ask her what it was she said because of the VO's poor chinese...rong asked if she can get her things out(documents)....VO said.."no...no need anythings and i will ask the questions"....asked her my age....asked when she got divorced 5 times!!...then asked for photos..rong gave her the photos...had clipped together with paperclips according to visits...VO in an agravated manner took the clips and threw them about in her cubicle...looked at the photos, said nothing and then actually threw the photos into the underpass slot....rong seen the pink slip sitting there.....VO then asked about her children....asked why she has two children...said to rong, "you know china has one child policy"....rong said she has two children because she has two children and that she paid to the china government the money to have the second child....by now rong is getting pretty rattled as i am sure was the VO's intent....rong was asked for I-134 and some other documents...gave the papers to her and VO did not even take the time to look at the papers and then pulled out a blue slip....said she needed I-134(which rong gave to her but she did not look at) and also said she and her son need to have DNA test.....so that is where we are at now...jumping through more hoops....as i said....the others who have gotten the blue or white very well know my feelings...and for this particular VO, i will hold my tongue.....i am currently making arrangements to have the DNA test kit sent from a lab in LA to GUZ....rong will then need to travel to guz and GUZ facility doctor will take the oral swabs and send back to lab....lab will process and then send results back to GUZ....then rong and children will need go back to guz again.....for last time i hope....in closing, i will just say...

i know if she had gotten any other VO, she would have easily gotten the pink....this woman VO obviously does not like her job and needs to be assigned to some other menial tasks so that she cannot interfere with the lives of people she has no clue about.....just a bit of advise for others that may get this person in the future...if your fiancees number is called for her to go to this womans window, she should instead very quickly head to the wc and wait for about 10 - 15 minutes and see if when returning they have taken someone else and then get a chance to get a different VO....trust me....anyone else will be better than this one

Steve I am sorry to hear this. I am oh so familiar with this kind of treatment from the vo. Hang tough buddy and give them what they want. Doesn't GZ have a designated place to have a DNA test?

I'm really sorry to see this buddy. At least "M" gave Rong a blue slip that asked for something, that's not her usual game. One day, "M" will keel over dead from her anger and she will rot in hell for her shitty deeds to others.

yes....i know....and i also know that what you and i and the rest of the group of 14 think and really want to say is not fit for print in even the "bluest" of website forums....

 

ya know what really sucks is that the consulate continues to employ her....these people...the VO's, are "ambassadors" of the USA, and i would think their superiors would want them to give a favorable impression of what a United States citizen is like...i can tell ya right now that my gal thinks shit of americans because of her treatment there.....when she was given the blue slip, rong asked the VO "why?"....the VO told her if she does not leave immediately, she will call the police to have her removed....now what the hell kind of treatment is this???.....rong was among the last few to be interviewed...there were several VO's with no one at there window...was no reason to hurry for anything....the freakin I-134 was right in front of her and she did not even look at it....then on the blue slip it says we need a I-134....WTF????...how is it that her (M's) superiors do not know what a sham she is and how detrimental she is to the publics view of her peers....where is her boss?....is definately time for housecleaning in GUZ

Now charles....you know that would be far too easy.....of course there are many places to have this done in China....but why do it in China when they can make you wait much longer by having it done in the usa, or canada, or get this...even can have it done in the dominican republic.....rong wanted to get it done in xi'an before going to the interview, but i knew they would not accept the results because GUZ clearly states it must be done from one of their approved sites....and the other thing is, it is a "buccal swab test" a q-tip swab from the mouth...rong is leary of the results of this....thinks is not a good way to prove the relationship and would much prefer they draw blood for this...but spit is what they want so spit they will get...i aint too up on this, so i would like to know if this is a foolproof way to prove the relationship....is the saliva a conclusive way to prove the relationship?

Would it have been possible for Rong to ask to speak with a supervisior? Also maybe the husbands and fiancee's of the blue slipped women should write to the Senators and Congressmen detailing the problem and ask them to look into the matter. they will contact the Consulate on your behalf and if you ask them to have the State Department to look into it, this may help also. What is this rash of asking for DNA testing now? And why wait for the interview to do so?

Really sorry to hear about this. I too find it hard to believe that one person can have such a reputation and still work at the Embassy. I will say in the time I worked at the Embassy in Rome, not one was allowed to be impolite rude or act in any derogatory manner to either US or foreign citizens. Even the Marine Guards were polite when they removed folks from the grounds.

 

I just do not understand and we know GUZ cruises these boards. So they should know how she acts.

So sorry to hear about lady's blue. I've been checking CFL more often these few days to see how your lady did. I hope after the DNA test, everything will go speedy and well for you.

 

Also, thanks for the bathroom tip when # is called to that particular VO. I will tell my hubby to do so. =) And actully, I had try doing it myself at ACH, but a very "NICE AND HELPFUL" gentleman quicky pointed out to me that my # was called and to whatever window........$%^$^$&^%&^*%

sorry to heard that you got a blue slip. Hope your next interview date is alot shorter than mines. As of today.. it has been 4 months after interview date. 3 month after sending a overcome letter. Email for a response every 8 days because they will not email me back with any status.

 

why can't GUZ be like ins in USA, where u can go on teh website and find out the status ( processing date )
