I guess it is their way of reaching out after two years.

Let us know if you get something of the same.

I hope that's more of an interview by mail (a little bit scary in itself), and not an introduction for another round of the same.

We'll be watching for it.

Thanks

Or a CYA move on the part of the field office before they move forward without the FBI. :D

Hey everyone- I wanted to let everyone know that we finally cleared the name check (filed AOS in August of 2004- interview in September of '05- we received a temporary green card last week) We had to go to another interview- so if you can avoid that it's great. Also- I thought we should get a permanent green card after waiting so long- we are going to an infopass to find out why we received a temporary card later on this week. But I told my husband, if they say, 'give us the temporary card and we will send a permanent one,' don't let them have it. haha.

Hopefully now everyone will start to get out of this mess.

Maybe they just want to get another $465 for the I-751 (you've met all conditions for the PGC). :o

Sounds like extortion.

Time to file a crimminal complaint against the DHS.

Hey, let's get proactive. :)

Any thoughts? :D

Fill it out and return it by March 16, 2008!!! :P

Man, we were on a similar time line before .. haven't been by CFL a lot in recent months, but we're doing removal of conditions now and thought I'd have a look recently. I'm really sorry to hear things are going so slowly. At least you'll get the full 10 years when it finally comes I guess?

We did a quick turn around.

The USPS should have delivered it to the SF office on Tuesday.

Anybody else out there get the same letter?

Wow! Congratulations! We shouldn't be far behind.

Maybe an Infopass will let your field office know you are alive and trigger a response.

I'm never going to know if the sending of the affidavit was related to that or just the new policy generated by "the memo". :)

Maybe more will report in so we can see a trend and send the data off to David. :D
