Pink means you passed and your SO has received their visa. Now Touched means your file has been looked at for any reason. Hope this helps. Link to comment

It would show on your account with the USCIS website, but I wouldn't worry about it. I never got a touch, through green card process, citizenship process or K-1 , of which all got approved by USCIS. In fact citizenship still says "pending" weired when I took the oath almost a year ago. Link to comment
