P4 Package

My wife just received the P4 Package from GUZ. We are applying for the K3 Visa. She needs help filling out the documents. Can anyone send me copies of the documents so I can assister her in filling them out. Or does anyone have a significant other who can help her. She lives in Zhanjiang.

 

We finally received an appointment date of September 24. I can not believe it is so far away but I am glad we finally received the appointment.

What is the DS-156K? Is that different than the DS-156? Is that for children? She does not have any children.

My bad...DS-156K is for Fiance'(e) Visa, used in addition to DS-156.
