Using Cold Water During A Woman's Menstrual Period

This is quite a coincidence as my wife would not eat only extremely small bites of ice cream yesterday as it is her period and "eating or drinking cold things affect the blood from coming out normally as it should." What????

 

The interesting thing is she will drink ice-cold pop with no problem during the entire month. Go figure.

 

BTW, she pitched a fit about taking synthetic vitamin tablets, too. Got her over that one, thank goodness, as the pharmacist told her there are some vitamins which you cannot get from plants naturally.

Just went through this and now that we are getting to know each other better (2 years and ....... oh the wait puts things off) she is telling me things. Yesterday she got her feet cold on some peoples stone floor in their kitchen. She would not go into the kitchen anymore so I got her some cake. Well she says that drinking anything cold, getting her feet cold, or her bottom cold is strictly forbidden during that time. Your bottom!!

Using cold water to wash face will help decreasing the winkle and firm the skin on face. Greta Garbo washed her face in iced water everyday. I like that too, it is very refreshing.

Ling doesn't like cold water or anything cold any time of the month.
