IluvmyLi
I need to know the day and hours of ACH please. Also anyone who has attended ACH, is your conversation with the VO private, or are you in a room with everyone else listening in. Anything in particular I need or should bring? Thanks much. tonado
http://candleforlove.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=18969 http://guangzhou.usconsulate.gov/contactiv.html In Person U.S. citizen petitioners who would like general information on the Immigrant Visa process in Guangzhou may attend an information session hosted by consular officers on Fridays at 14:30. We recommend that you arrive at the consulate around 14:00 in order to go through security check procedures. At 14:30, we will stop admitting petitioners into the Immigrant Visa waiting room and will promptly begin the session at that time. The aim of these sessions is to address frequently-asked questions and provide you with a better understanding of the process. Additional materials for cases that have already been interviewed will not be accepted during these sessions. Edited December 28, 2006 by tonado (see edit history) Link to comment

jemmyell
Thank you TONY for the information. What does ACH stand for? American Citizens Hour. The interview are at a public window, but they are semi private since the waiting area seats are at a distance. IF you can POSSIBLY go to ACH just before your SO's interview I HIGHLY recommend it. Be sure that you are still there for her interview. "Is your boyfriend still here?" was one of four questions Loving Candle was asked. -James Link to comment
