I am currently completeing my probation as a result of a felony. We filed K-3. It never came up anywhere during the entire process. See my timeline - I don't feel it even slowed anything at all - we went through in better time than most. I would say it is of little importance - it should not stop you from getting her a visa. But with that said - by all means be sure your SO knows all the details of this up front - let her decide if she still wants to be with you. This is very important as I have been told Chinese women do not choose to be with people who have committed crimes. But if she does really love you - she will take you as you are!
