I lived in Fall River for one year when I moved to USA many years ago.  My cousin owns the Mee Sum Restaurant there.

Fall River (a small city) used to have many factory mills (making clothes) but they all closed now (moved to China). It is about 1 hour South of Boston. Housing there is a lot affordable than the Boston Area. Umemployment there is very high. Weather is warmer too. There is a lot of immigrants there (Portgugese, not too much Chinese). All the Chinese there know each other. Fall River may get casino in the coming years. Massachusetts is having budget problem lately.
