mari Posted April 29, 2006 Report Share Posted April 29, 2006 Congratulations, my husband had his interview last year and the visa officer gave him a hard time, but at the end realized we were so well prepared and organized that a pink slip was the only option. Please feel free to contact us if you want any input from my husband concerning his experience adapting to the new environment. His case has been worse considering our main language here is Spanish, but he has done great and I am very proud of him. We are thinking to take off in Jun, and we are gonna spend the first 2 months in Milwaukee where my wife's family is located. I'm sure there will be tons of impacts and shocks up there.
