cosmiclobster
You can also look on line on the USCIS website to see if there is any action on your petition. It will give you your news at least a few days before the mail gets here. If you're really impatient, you can set up an e-mail notification of any action on your case # on the USCIS website also. CheckHERE I check mine every day. Maybe some computer geek there will see my 875 inquiries and tell MSC to process my case already!!! Link to comment

As for NOA1-NOA2, ours (K1 visa) was in the NSC, was about 48 days. Good luck ! Link to comment
philb
pull up a chair and relax...if you fall outside of 60 days; then I'd start calling the NVC in Portsmouth, NH. Start with posting a timeline...which service center? etc.good luck...you'll be fine.Phil Link to comment

SallyHon
ShaQuaNew: Why does the USCIS do the security check even before NOA2? I think the name check or security check happens at NVC and after GUZ receives your approved package? Am I right? Thanks! Link to comment
